Questions about overnight care 🌙
Is my home safe with someone staying overnight?
+
Absolutely — we treat your home with the same care and respect we give your pets. We're fully insured and take the trust you place in us seriously.
What's the difference between an overnight stay and boarding?
+
With boarding, your pet sleeps in an unfamiliar kennel surrounded by strangers. With us, they stay in their own home — same smells, same bed, same routines. For most pets, especially anxious ones, it's a world of difference.
Do you stay the entire night or just check in?
+
We stay the full overnight — up to 12 hours. Your pet is never left alone through the night. That's the whole point.
What is your cancellation policy for overnight bookings?
+
7+ days notice: no charge. 3–6 days notice: 100% of the first night's cost. Less than 72 hours: 50% of the total booking cost.
How far in advance should I book an overnight stay?
+
No strict requirement — but overnights book up faster than other services. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible, especially around holidays and long weekends.
